This system will be able to model brain activity at a rate that matches human biology.


The first brain chip prototype device will be available in five to ten years. Ten years later, the military version will be available. Then, information workers will be able to use this device in fifteen to twenty years. After that, it takes twenty or thirty years for devices to be widely adopted. The brain chip will function as a prosthetic cortical implant. In this case, the computer will be able to send stimulation to the visual cortex through the camera interface.
